We currently ship to many locations worldwide. For domestic U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more.
To qualify, your order subtotal must be at least $99 after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied and before taxes are added. If a discount reduces your subtotal below $99, your order will not qualify for free shipping. Similarly, taxes do not count toward the $99 minimum.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and any current promotions or offers available to you. Any applicable shipping offers will be displayed automatically during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, available shipping methods and rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.
For subscription renewals, customers receive the best available shipping rates for which their order qualifies at the time of processing.
International Shipping Best Practices
To avoid any customs issues, please follow these guidelines:
- Canada & Australia: Each product must not exceed a 90-day supply to meet the personal exemption limit.
- Japan: The customs limit is a 2-month supply.
- PR Lotion Orders: For the fastest service in the UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand, we recommend purchasing from our PR Lotion UK Store or PR Lotion Australia Store.
Please note that all international orders are final, and we do not accept returns.
