You can track the status of any order with us by first logging into your account here. Feel free to follow the steps below:
1. Click "Account"
2. Click "Log In"
3. Enter your email address
4. Enter your password.
5. Click "Sign In"
6. Click "Order History"
7. Click "Track your Order"
If you're unable to find the order you're trying to track, it could be for one of two reasons:
1. The order was placed using a different or misspelled email address. If you think this is the case, please contact our CS Team here.
2. An account wasn’t created at the time of purchase. If you didn't create an account when placing the order, no worries! You can still manage and track your order by creating an account using the same email address associated with your purchase here. Once your account is set up, your order details should appear. If you have trouble creating an account, contact our CS Team here so they can send you an account invite.
