As we deal primarily in consumable products with the highest standard of quality and testing, we do not accept returns once they have left our supply chain, or have been delivered. This is to ensure that we can maintain our high standard from production to consumption. Once a product is delivered, we no longer control the products environment or the contents of each container—as a result have no use for any product upon receiving a return.
Once an order is placed, you have 60 minutes to be able to make any changes to your order—including cancellation. You can make those changes here. After that 60 minutes, any in stock product will begin the fulfillment process and no changes requests can be completed.
