As we sell consumable products that meet the highest standards of quality and testing, we generally do not accept returns once items have left our supply chain or have been delivered. This policy ensures we uphold strict quality standards from production to consumption.
Once a product is delivered, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or the integrity of its contents. For this reason, returned products cannot be repurposed or reused. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain our commitment to quality and safety.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You have 60 minutes after placing an order to make changes, including cancellations. You can do so here. After this period, in-stock items will enter fulfillment, and change requests may no longer be possible.
Non-returnable doesn't mean non-refundable. Should you have any problems with your purchase, please feel free to contact us, and we'll see what we can do to assist! We're always here and keen to help however we can.
