Orders are processed Monday through Friday 6AM-10PM PST and may take up to 48 hours to be processed. You can always track the status of your order and get any tracking updates by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' page.
If you're needing to make changes to an order, you have 60 minutes from the time an order is placed to do so. You can click here to get started!
After 60 minutes, your order has started the fulfillment process and is unable to be changed. We move as fast as possible to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, or on backorder and you'd like to cancel, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all future subscription orders, we send a notification 3 days before your order is scheduled. Be sure to modify, change, or update any future order through your account by logging in here and clicking on 'Subscriptions'. Our subscription orders follow the same time frames listed above.
