While we strive to provide superior products and service to all of our customers, unfortunately there are times where an order may become lost in transit.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining order details. Once the order has finished our fulfillment process and handed off to the selected carrier, additional tracking information will be provided via email.
We expect all domestic shipments to arrive in 10 days or less, and all international orders to arrive in 3 weeks or less. If you haven't seen your order get delivered within these timeframes; while there may be a chance it is still in transit, it may also be lost.
