While we strive to provide top-quality products and service, occasionally, an order may be delayed or lost in transit.
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once fulfilled (within 24 hours, Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST) and handed off to the carrier, tracking information will be sent via email. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will typically ship the following Monday.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic orders – within 10 days
International orders – within 3 weeks
If your order hasn't shown movement for 3+ days, or if your tracking status remains "Pre-shipment" at one of our distribution centers for more than 3 days, please contact our customer care team.
