Due to the nature of our consumable products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Once a product is delivered, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or the integrity of its contents. For this reason, returned products cannot be repurposed or reused. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain our commitment to quality and safety.
Order Changes
Generally, you have at least 60 minutes after placing an order to make changes to make changes to an order before it begins the fulfillment process. After this period, in-stock items will enter fulfillment, and change requests may still be possible, but may take a bit more time to complete depending on how far along in the fulfillment process an order is.
This returns policy does not mean that you cannot get a refund, and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any statutory rights to cancel or withdraw from a purchase. As we did not process your original payment and do not have access to the retailer’s payment platform(s), we’re unable to facilitate refunds for these purchases. Except where required by applicable law, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
