You’ll be notified via email at least 3 days prior to recurring orders being shipped. Cancellations must be requested 24 hours before subscription is set to renew. Any cancelled subscriptions that are later reactivated are subject to our current shipping policy.
While we hate to see you go, and hope that you're back soon. We also understand there may be times that you'll need to cancel or pause your subscription. We've put the access to do so at your fingertips. You may cancel or pause your subscription, and any future orders any time by logging in to your subscription portal here, or by contacting us.
To cancel your subscription via your account, follow the steps below:
1. Click "Account"
2. Click "Log In"
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click "Sign In"
6. Click "Subscriptions"
7. Click on the subscription that you'd like to cancel.
8. Click on "Cancel subscription"
