How do I manage my subscription?

You have full control over your subscription. You can take any of the following actions simply by simply logging in here. To manage your subscription you can:

  • Add or remove products
  • Modify an upcoming shipment
  • Update billing information
  • Update shipping information
  • Reschedule your Subscription
  • Cancel your Subscription
  • Edit the Frequency and Quantity
  • Merge your Subscription

Withdraw from contract

Exercise your EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you may withdraw from your purchase contract using the form below. Once submitted, we'll send you a confirmation and begin processing your refund.

By submitting, you confirm you wish to exercise your EU right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, once the returned item is received.
