Why Can't I Log Into My Affiliate Account?

We've recently transitioned to Superfiliate, our new affiliate platform! If you're having trouble logging in, your account has likely been transferred from our previous platform.

How to Access Your Account:

  1. Visit your new affiliate portal: LOG IN HERE
  2. Enter the same email address associated with your previous affiliate account.
  3. Follow the prompts to access your new dashboard.

Good to Know:

  • You do not need to reapply or create a new affiliate account.
  • Your existing discount code and commission structure remain the same.
  • Your referral link has changed and can be found in your new dashboard.

Exercise your EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you may withdraw from your purchase contract using the form below. Once submitted, we'll send you a confirmation and begin processing your refund.

By submitting, you confirm you wish to exercise your EU right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, once the returned item is received.
