If you are not receiving a password reset email, the most common reason is that your account activation may not have been completed during the checkout or order process.
The good news is that your order history and subscription information are still connected to your email address and can usually be recovered automatically.
To get set up:
- Create an account here.
- Create or activate your account using the same email address used for your original order.
- Once your account is successfully created or activated, your existing order history, subscriptions, and account information should automatically link to your profile.
- From there, you will have a password established and will be all set moving forward.
