When you order directly from Momentous, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number beginning with “TE.” If you did not receive a confirmation email or your order number does not begin with “TE,” we recommend verifying your purchase with our Customer Care team.

- Search your inbox for “Momentous” or “TE.”
- Check your browser history or receipt and confirm that the website was livemomentous.com.
- Review the merchant name associated with the charge on your payment statement.
What should I do if I may have ordered from another website?

- The live, clickable link to the website where you placed the order
- A screenshot of your receipt or order confirmation

- Any order number you received
