Momentous is conducting a fully remote, IRB-approved research study to evaluate how omega-3 supplementation influences omega-3 bioavailability and cognitive performance.

Qualified participants who complete the study will receive:

• Maintain a stable diet

Why wasn't I selected even though I completed the questionnaire?

Completing the screening questionnaire does not guarantee enrollment.

All applicants are screened against the study's eligibility criteria, and only participants who meet all requirements and are selected will move forward.

Is participation remote?

Yes.

The entire study is conducted remotely.

If selected, participants will:

1. Complete the screening questionnaire.
2. Download the Chloe App.
3. Complete enrollment.
4. Receive supplements and testing kits by mail.
5. Complete the study from home.

What is the Chloe App?

The Chloe App is used to complete study enrollment and guide participants through the research process after they have been selected.

When will supplements and testing kits arrive?

After enrollment through the Chloe App is completed, supplements and OmegaQuant testing kits will be shipped within a few weeks.

What do participants receive?

Participants receive:

• Omega-3 supplements
• Four OmegaQuant at-home blood testing kits
• A $100 gift card after successfully completing the study

Can participants continue taking their own omega-3 supplement?

No.

Participants must not have taken omega-3 supplements for at least 30 days before enrollment and should follow the study instructions throughout participation.

Is the study placebo-controlled?

Yes.

This is a randomized study comparing:

• Momentous Omega-3
• A commercially available omega-3 supplement
• A commercially available omega-3 supplement
• Placebo

Can someone participate if they don't want to risk receiving placebo?

No.

Participants must be willing to accept random assignment to any study group, including placebo. If maintaining daily omega-3 supplementation is medically necessary or part of their personal routine, participating in this study may not be the right fit.

Can Customer Care determine eligibility or enroll participants?

No.
