DPA

Data protection laws have recently changed in the European Union. Currently, Momentous only sells to United States customers online.  However, you may have signed up to be on our mailing list from anywhere in the world.  

If you are customer of Momentous and have agreed to our terms of service, you do not need to sign an additional Data Protection Agreement. As of May 25th 2018, our terms of service include a provision to ensure compliance with GDPR.  

If you have any concerns or need further documentation of compliance with Momentous acting as a Processor, please email help@livemomentous.com and we will work with you to execute a DPA.
