Every Momentous whey protein formula includes a critical ingredient called Prohydrolase. Prohydrolase is a unique enzyme blend which allows your body to process the whey protein efficiently for maximum absorption.
Like all enzymes, wheat is present during the fermentation process but is not an added ingredient to the enzyme in its final form. During the filtration process the wheat/gluten and soy ingredients are destroyed and are not present in the final form of Prohydrolase.
To be on the safe side, when we produced the product we kept the claim on the label. Subsequently, we completed the additional allergen testing on the finished products to be sure.
